A mastermind is a group of highly motivated people who come together to inspire, sharpen, challenge, support, and assist one another to improve in business, life, faith, relationships, or some other shared interest. Napoleon Hill, the man who popularized the concept defined it as, a friendly alliance with one or more persons who will encourage one to follow through with both plan and purpose.
The Living Your Faith Community is for you if you:
- are a leader in your work, community, or church and desire to serve in a faith-filled manner
- long to be part of a faith-based, like-minded community of believers
- struggle to filter secular truth from Biblical truth in your daily walk
- have the desire and inspiration to make your life extraordinary
- are committed to living out your faith as a witness to God’s presence in your life
- feel pressure to keep your faith hidden in the work-world
- know God is asking you to have the courage to own your true identity and live aligned with His will
- are ready to join others and start living your faith in every aspect of life
- are highly motivated and are willing to ask for—and give—help and support
- would love to have your own personal board of directors to help you use biblical principles to make decisions in your home, work, and community.
Mentorship/mastermind participants:
- challenge one another when neccessary,
- play devil’s advocates when needed, and
- hold each other’s hands through difficult times.
The community that will evolve in this group will become a mainstay in your professional life and help you bridge the gap to being a better you in both your work and home life.
To be successful in a mastermind, participants must be willing to be:
- courageous enough to seek help,
- humble enough to accept it, and
- disciplined enough to follow through with it.

- Are not a Christian who feels compelled to influence others of faith

- Don’t want accountability to help you reach or exceed your goals
- Aren’t committed to confidentiality of all conversations and dealings related to the mastermind
- Aren’t willing to invest the time and effort required to learn from, grow with, and commit to the mastermind group members; and
- Aren’t ready to let your desire to be passionate about your life and work to overcome your fear of sharing your faith and stepping into your purpose
What you can expect:
- Monthly one-hour small group mentorship/mastermind sessions via Zoom; depending on package selected
- Additional communication via messaging on a private platform
- Be willing to show up for every meeting that is reasonably practicable
- Admission is dependent upon your successful application and interview
- Sessions will incorporate elements of the books, A Different View: Start Living the Life Your Soul Longs For and Equipped for MORE: 10 Essential Habits Stop Your Doubts and Fear of Judgment so You Can Confidently Live Your Faith.
- Sessions will be led by author and Master Certified Life Coach, Vona Johnson, who in addition to being a leader in her church and community, also has 30 years of experience as an executive in the corporate world.
Your Investment and How to Get Started
Although the investment for similar masterminds can be thousands of dollars, your investment for this community is just
$997 for a 6-month option beginning in January of 2024. You may elect monthly installments of $200 per month.
