About

After a successful 30-year career as a leader in the affordable housing industry, I founded Vona Johnson Coaching, authored two books, and saw a need for Christians to engage their faith and learn to trust God in the workplace.

I’m a master-certified life and health coach, a speaker, a podcast host, and a facilitator of meaningful conversations. I endeavor to bring a sense of calm to every situation and help others see the value in their work.

My newest endeavor is to create a space for leaders in the workforce to provide ongoing encouragement and support to meet the challenges they encounter, both in living their faith and leading with integrity in a secular world. I also specialize in helping those nearing retirement to finish well so they can retire to a life of peace and fulfillment.

I live with my husband, Steve, in Pierre, South Dakota, where I am honored to serve as a city commissioner.
